At Asiana, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and what to do if there’s an issue with delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days after your order is processed.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to carrier issues, customs (if applicable), weather, incorrect addresses, or high-volume periods.
3) Shipping Costs

Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you complete your payment.
4) Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, we’ll send you a tracking number by email and/or WhatsApp (based on the details you provided at checkout).

Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier.
5) Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge an additional fee to reship it.
6) Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package:

Check around your building/entrance and any safe-drop area

Ask family members or neighbors

Contact us within 7 days of the delivery status update so we can help open an investigation with the carrier
7) Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged:
