Shipping Policy (Asiana)

This Shipping Policy explains how Asiana (“we,” “us,” “our”) ships orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1) Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays, high demand), processing may take longer.

2) Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days after your order is processed.

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can happen due to carriers, customs, weather, address issues, or other factors outside our control.

3) Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4) Order Tracking

  • If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp (depending on the contact details you provided at checkout).

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

5) Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we may charge an additional shipping fee to reship the order.

6) Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery update so we can help open an investigation with the carrier.

7) Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

    • the product,

    • the packaging,

    • and the shipping label.
      We’ll review and offer a solution according to our Returns/Refund Policy.

8) Customs, Duties, and Taxes (If Applicable)

For orders shipped outside your country/region:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
